We offer home cleaning services to Sarasota and Manatee counties. Our history traces back to New York City when Luciana Noronha started on the cleaning business in 1997. Luciana and her family moved to the Sunshine State in the mid 2000s and founded Above All Cleaning. Luciana Noronha is the heart of Above All Cleaning. Married, and a mother of 2, it was her entrepreneurial spirit that made her set out to raise the bar for customer satisfaction in home cleaning services. A passion she still holds on today. She visits all of her clients regularly to make sure their needs are being met.
